Roomii is an online furniture-sharing marketplace that connects furniture owners with people who need quality furniture for short-term use. You can list furniture to earn income or lease furniture to furnish your space affordably and flexibly.

Who can use Roomii?

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Roomii account and lease or list furniture on the platform.

How do I create a Roomii account?

You can sign up at roomii.co using your name, email, and phone number, or connect through a third-party account (Apple, Facebook, Google, or X/Twitter). You’ll need to provide accurate, up-to-date information about yourself and your furniture (if you’re listing).

Who pays taxes on transactions?

Roomii may collect and remit applicable taxes based on local laws (for example, marketplace facilitator laws). Any collected tax will appear as a separate line item on your invoice or payout summary.

What am I responsible for as a user?

You agree to:

  • Use Roomii only for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

  • Keep your account information private and secure.

  • Honor your commitments — renters must return items on time, and owners must provide safe, accurately described furniture.

  • Follow all Roomii policies, including the nondiscrimination policy.

What kind of content can I post?

You can upload photos, descriptions, and reviews related to your listings. By posting, you grant Roomii permission to use that content for marketing, promotion, or platform purposes. You still own your content but allow Roomii to display and share it.

What activities are not allowed on Roomii?

Some examples of prohibited actions include:

  • Breaking laws or posting false information

  • Discriminating against users

  • Using the platform to avoid paying Roomii fees (“off-platform” deals)

  • Damaging or abandoning furniture

  • Spamming, hacking, or interfering with the website

  • Copying, scraping, or reselling Roomii data or content

Violating these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

How does Roomii handle disputes or violations?

Roomii can investigate, suspend, or terminate accounts for policy violations. Depending on the situation, we may remove listings, restrict access, or take legal action.

Can Roomii change its Terms of Service?

Yes. Roomii may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted at roomii.co/terms-of-service. If you keep using the platform after updates are posted, that means you accept the new terms.

How will Roomii contact me?

We may contact you via text, email, or automated messages to confirm sign-ups, prevent fraud, or update you about your account. You can opt out of non-essential messages anytime.

What happens if I have a complaint or issue?
