Office chair arrived damaged with the plastic coming off the fabric back of the chair and pneumatic lifting of seat not functional. The seat is crushed out to the point of being uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time. The chair smells like unpleasant perfume that gets all over my clothing when I sit in it. It also makes distracting loud plastic creaking noises whenever I adjust my seating position. Extremely dissatisfied with this purchase.
